Managing Bathim for over 15 years, Ludovic embodies the family spirit and passion that drives the company. A Master in Business Sciences from ICHEC and holder of a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Solvay Business School, he is fluent in four languages, allowing him to welcome a diverse clientele with efficiency and a personal touch. Ludovic has always had a passion for real estate, architecture, and construction but above all, he values people. Within the team, Ludovic also naturally takes on the role of our self appointed “Happiness Manager”, making sure everyone feels supported. Outside the office, you’re likely to find him on the golf course or hockey field or off exploring a new destination, preferably with a good bottle of wine to share.
