Bathim is regulated by the Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents (IPI), located at rue du Luxembourg 16b, 1000 Brussels (www.ipi.be). It is licensed as a real estate agent in Belgium under the number IPI 505.122 and is subject to the IPI code of ethics.
2/ Acceptance of Terms
By voluntarily visiting this site, it is understood that the user accepts, without reservation, the General Terms of Use (GTU) of the site which they acknowledge having read and understood. If you do not accept the GTU, you cannot use the site and are kindly requested to disconnect immediately.

By providing Bathim with information via the forms on this site, by email or in any other way, you guarantee that you are using your own identity. 9/ Disputes and Applicable Law
The parties agree that any disagreement or dispute relating to these general terms of use, or arising from its interpretation or application, shall be submitted to prior mediation. To this end, the parties undertake to attend at least one mediation session, represented by a person with decision-making authority. The mediator shall be chosen by mutual agreement. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Belgian law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district of Bathim.
